    Your post is brief and to the point. Dan Pink, in his book, “drive” talks about how employees get motivted when you give them autonomy. But he doesn’t quite get to the heart of how to make autonomy happens. In a few words, you did it and took it to the next level. Also, I loved your talk in Newport Beach. Im the one who asked when you’re taking your talk to Washington DC.

    Kudos. Your closing presentation at pcbc was dynamic, different and direct. Wasn’t planning on attending but a colleague texted me “you must hear this.” Missed the first half, but still think you were the best of the best at the conference
